I wanted to reach out and say thank you for the time that you invested with Sunbelt Rentals in Charlotte last July.

Your personal engagement helped to highlight the commitment that Cisco has made to Sunbelt's success overall and aligned us well to Sunbelts overall strategic business and technology plan.

Dan Ryan (AM) and Andrew Timko (SE) from the Carolinas Select team helped to quarterback this overall engagement and opportunity over the last 9 months which resulted in a $3M investment in Q3 to help build the foundation for a host of critical business applications, including video, moving forward.  Sunbelt's average investment with Cisco has been less than $900k annually.

Hilights of this engagement included:

• Executive Sponsorship:  Chuck Robbins engaged with CIO July 2014
• Business Plan Development:  Strategic Business plan Development Fall of 2014 with CIO/CEO
• Ride Along:  Dan Ryan & Andrew Timko "Ride Along" at a Sunbelt Profit Center with CEO follow up & read out
• iWAN Engineering:  Detailed Design & Engineering Winter of 2014 for iWAN Solution
• Proof of Concept:  Proof of Concept kicked off in Jan 2015
• Final Investment:  $3M in Cisco Product Q3 2015.

Thanks for taking part in this and we look forward to finding a way for you to reach out to Kirby Miner, CIO of Sunbelt, in the near future and thank him.  Let us know whenever you are back in town as we'd love to leverage any time you can carve out.  Look for another $1M in Q4 and we are targeting an EBC around business transformation, video and clod in the fall of 2014 and will of course invite you to participate.  Glad we could make a "small" contribution to what I'm sure was a stellar Q3.
