Ki:

While we couldn’t be proud of your recent promotion, I think I speak for the team and our customers/partners when I say we’re very sad to be losing you to the Peach State team!   Not a surprise as “Everybody Wants you"

You were a strong voice of the team sharing both thoughts and best practices and we’ll miss you!  One of your last parting comments was about personal Branding and we had a fun discussion with the team around how you could choose a song to represent your personal brand and I committed to circle back with the team to make you a Tobacco Road Select “Mix Tape” to “Send you on your Way” (See my recommended song below).  A number of folks on the team offered up a song or two that they thought represented your personal brand and a number of folks obviously took some liberty with how they interpreted that request.  While I think that some of the song’s were spot on you and Lisa may have to have a chat :)

We hope that you can pop this into the cassette deck when ever you’re sitting in bumper to bumper traffic in Atlanta, longing for the sunny cool spring afternoon’s that treated you so well in the Triad and thinking of your old team.  I set up the playlist in iTunes and look forward to thinking back fondly to lunch and learns at UG and CISO dinners in Winston!

Thanks again and best of luck in your new role with your new team…I hear you have a “Really big team and they need really big rings"!  You’ve got a great business partner and a great team…can’t wait to hear about all you guys accomplish and see your “Beamer Benz or Bently"    PS:  Ki’s wife is copied so be nice team.

All the best from the Tobacco Road Team “Suga Suga” !
